Hilton Paiva: LOVE deep fried pickles (awesome batter recipe if you are interested - either e-mail or update post)! Another favorite is taking a deli slice of ham, covering it with cream cheese, loading it with a dill pickle, roll, and then either eat whole or slice into pretty pinwheels for an appetizer plate.
Ewa Homrich: I know this isnt a recipe, but pickles rock with peanut butter.
Loise Mausser: Make some killer 1000 island dressing, heavy on the pickles and have a great salad. OR use it on a roast beef sandwhich or pastrami or hamberger. Great on fries too
