Hipolito Rightmire: Footballers eat a lot of cock. A LOT OF COCK.
Jonathan Schlussel: Yes, most football players have pretty much the same diets. Keep in mind, what a football player needs do this (and every) offseason is eat healthy, and exercise by doing a lot of running every day. Doing these two things will get football players faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve their chances of being successful in football.
Janita Tetlow: if you're asking about any football players. I don't eat any junkfood, only eat a lot of REAL meat, and good healthy food that was made for building muscle. For m lineman position, i run about 3 miles every other day, and i bodybuild for about 2 hours each day. High school freshman
Tosha Tawney: 1800-2200 calories per day, as well at an hour of running to stay in shape. Especially lineman man, 2200 calories keeps them going as well as an hour of running. It's definitely enough for players like Ja! ke Long and Ndamukong Suh.
Lucrecia Laurito: Football players eat... so yes, they have a "diet."
Ileen Oshell: Well my coach tells us, 5 meals a day. Breakfest, lunch, snack, dinner, then a night shake or somthing for fuel the next day (like in the morning for morning workouts). And i would think everyone would do the same thing its just lineman would eat more of the meal then a quarterback would because there bigger.
Manie Labat: Everyone has a diet. If you eat nothing but hog lard, it's still your diet. Just not a very healthy diet.
