Rheba Cockman: The electrician needs to have everything wired up before the plumber does his job. You need to get juice to your stuff before you plan to use it. Then worry about where the waste is going to go.
Karl Jantzen: I should mention that all the rough in electrical and plumbing is done and drywall and paint us up. Cabinets, floors, tile are installed. I just need to know who comes first to do the finish part: the plumber or the electrician. Does it matter?
