Armando Somes: The answer would be no its not. Your not a dealer tell him if he wants a "certified" bike go to a dealer. Stupid idea certified used. Its USED anything can go wrong the second you take it away.

However, you can certainly ask them what they mean by certified.I'm guessing they are asking you if the motorcycle is a certified used vehicle and the answer to that is NO, you aren't a dealer.Maybe they are asking if your motorcycle has been through emissions. Some places do that, some don't.Anyway, ask them what they are asking for....Show more
