Can I use the word 'quotation' to refer to paragraphs, tables and figures?

Clement Viscarro: Yes, a quotation refers to the actual text of a book or spoken word of an individual. Tables, charts and figures are not quotations. You reference those. You could say that you'd like to quote the author and include the applicable tables and figures to support your argument.
