Mel Crapo: When we first started with the DVR service we had to return a couple of boxes for one reason or another. You can call 1800-comcast and tell them of your problem and they can send you a re-boot from the office. If that doesn't work just take it into the comcast office and exchange it. You just need to bring in the box keep your clicker and cables. (you will need to bring with you whomever subscribes for the service with you if it isn't you.

Curtis Josef: ive unplugged it and still its just black when i change the cahnnels its just black, and my volume when it is working is always screwwing up
